My background is in mathematics, design and music.

My career has been about elevating hand-forged jewelry from a craft to an art, and balancing artistic honesty with the integrity of a successful small business.

My inspirations include: organic shapes in the New England countryside, the ocean in its fluid changing forms, and the music and dance that fill my life outside the jewelry studio and remind me of the proportion, balance, movement and grace I strive for in my jewelry designs.

My design process incorporates a lifelong exploration of linear forms in space, and attention to the interplay of aesthetics and the fabrication process (if it’s too complicated to make, it’s probably not a good design!).

My goal is to create beautiful jewelry that is
